本日、EPEC-EMコース (オンラインでは受講済み) が終了しました。
コース全体の印象として、参加者に合わせて柔軟にプログラムが調整されていたのが印象的でした。そのため、多くの国で実施されている理由が理解できる気がします。また、双方向型の教育が特徴的で、日本人向けにどのように適用できるかが課題に感じました。しかし、確実に日本でも実施できると確信しました。
明日はTeaching Methodに関する教育です。頑張ってきます！
