エピガロカテキンがつないだ共同研究

先生は、エピガロカテキンが、Rad52の働きを抑えることを発見した！
これをきっかけに、静岡 ＝ お茶 ＝ カテキン の図式で、コンタクトがあり、研究が始まった。
残念ながら、カテキン類は、血液中に流れない and 分解されてしまう などで、創薬にはつながらないことがわかっている。 試験管レベルの実験では、効果があっても、動物実験では効果が観察されない。
そして、今、このクラウドファンディングにて、別の有望な化合物のブラッシュアップを目指している。
これから、サポートしていただいた研究資金で、効果を上げるための類縁体合成が始まります。
