私たちの身体の中では、日々さまざまな化学反応が起こっています。そのひとつに「糖化（とうか）」という反応があります。
これは、食事で摂った“糖”が体内の“タンパク質”と結びつくことで起こる現象で、時間が経つと「AGEs（エージーズ）」という物質がつくら
