本プロジェクトに関連し、先月末に私の共著論文が、Neuroscience of Consciousness 誌に掲載されました。株式会社アラヤの金井良太さん、藤澤逸平さんとの共同研究です。
これまでの意識研究の多くは人間の脳を前提にしており、AIのように構造が大きく異なるシステムに理論を適用することが難しいという課題がありました。本研究では、意識の有力な理論の一つである Higher-order theory（高階表象理論）における「メタ表象」という概念を、深層学習モデルにどのように翻訳できるかを検討し、この概念に対する新しい解釈を提案しています。
