Hello! Thank you very much for your continued support. I sincerely appreciate it.
Research on loneliness in autistic adults with the Australian research team and suicidality in autistic adults with the UK team is progressing. The research with the Australian team was presented by the principal investigator at the Ending Loneliness Together Research Symposium held in Sydney earlier this month.
I have recently received information about an event in December from Academist, so I would like to share it with you. In the Academist Prize, in which I am participating, there are three opportunities for recognition during the year, and the December event is the first of these. In this event, themed "AI for Science," myself and seven other participants from the Academist Prize will each present for about 5 minutes on the current state and future of AI in their respective fields. I will be talking about AI and Neurodiversity.
Regardless of the theme, I consider every talk an opportunity to improve the societal understanding of neurodivergent minds. Therefore, I hope to give a meaningful short talk based on the latest science and lived experiences at the December event. Click here for more information (https://cic-academist1227.peatix.com/). Please note that the event will be in Japanese. If there is considerable interest in learning about AI and Neurodiversity, I will consider integrating this topic into my upcoming English talks😊
Very best,
Kana
