#05 自然栽培水稲育苗７年の歴史を振り返る（2018）「これは趣味の農業だ」
稲作においてはほうぼうで”苗半作”とよく言われる。すなわち「良い苗を作ることは、良い米作りの50%を占める」というニュアンスだが、田植え後に後から肥料や農薬を投入しない自然栽培では、良くない苗が出来たらリカバリーは困難だ。すなわち良い苗づくりの重要性は自然栽培ではより大きいと言える。
