協力員として一部執筆した「冠動脈疾患の一次予防に関する診療ガイドライン」が公開されました。

私は、「包括的リスク管理とリスク予測モデル」の執筆を分担しました。
健康に良い環境づくりを目指す「ゼロ次予防」に関しては言及できませんでしたが、患者の社会経済要因を評価する重要性に多少でも触れられ、社会疫学を専門とする立場としての責務を果たすことができたと感じています。
ガイドラインを通じて、社会経済的要因のアセスメントが日常診療の中で一般化することを願っています。
