活動報告第31回おまけ
HPLCでBrunnein Cを単離した際に実はもう一つ副産物的に化合物を単離していました。こちらは抗酸化作用を示さない物質だったのですが、念のためNMRスペクトルを取得し構造解析を行ったところ、フェニルアラニンと同定しました。必須アミノ酸として有名な物質ですね。
