活動報告19回おまけ 菌糸分離失敗例（苦手な人は閲覧注意）
当然ですが、野外から採取したキノコの子実体から菌糸分離を試みる場合、一定割合でキノコ以外の微生物の混入が起きてしまいます。このような事態をコンタミネーション（通称コンタミ）というのですが、今回のキサケツバタケの菌糸分離の際にもコンタミが生じた培地がいくつかありました。コンタミすると写真のようになるので
