ヤグラタケの成分研究
玄米培地で誘導した子実体と大麦培地で誘導した子実体の成分比較
ヤグラタケについて、前回収穫した玄米培地由来の子実体とこれまで成分の調査をしていた大麦培地子実体とでTLCによる成分比較を行いました。
試料は子実体をメタノール抽出後、減圧濃縮により得た粗抽出物を蒸留水で
