Qstr-IIT Summer Schoolの2週目が始まりました！
西本と高槻が参加しているQstr-IIT Summer Schoolは、2週目に突入しました！
1週目は、毎日、午前にクオリア構造学や統合情報理論（IIT）の専門家による4回の講義を受けて、午後は小班に分かれて議論を行い、その成果を議論を全体発表する形式で進行しました。2週目からは、各参加者が研究プロジェクトを提案し、共同研究者およびメンターを募りながら研究計画を具体化していきます。
クオリア構造学とIITはともに主観経験から出発して意識を説明しようとするphenomenology-firstな立場を共有します。しかし、IITが意識そのものと主張するシステム内部の因果構造を、クオリア構造学において果たしてどのように忠実に報告できるのかという疑問が残るように思われます。私は、この点に着目してAI解釈性手法を用いた研究計画を練っています。
