活動報告第32回【抗酸化活性試験】
現在ヤグラタケから見つかった抗酸化成分についてより具体的にどの程度の強さの抗酸化作用を有しているのかを測定する試験を行っています。
今回はDPPH法を用いて抗酸化作用を評価しています。この方法では紫色を呈するDPPHという物質が抗酸化物質と反応を起こしてどの程度消失＝色が薄くなるかを機械で測定し
