活動報告25回【異なる栽培条件におけるヤグラタケの成分のTLCによる比較】
前回様々な培地を用いて栽培したヤグラタケについて、酢酸エチル画分を調整し、TLCでアッセイを行ってみました。その結果、活動報告第16回で行ったTLCにおいて玄米培地には存在していないと思われていたRf値0.5付近の化合物のスポットが今回は検出される結果となりました。恐らくですが、これまでとTLCプレー
