サクラの #遺伝子開花予想 イベントを開催し、多くの方にご参加いただきました。
デモ実験では、実際にサクラのつぼみに含まれている遺伝子を取り出して、PCRで遺伝子のはたらき方を調べました。午後の実験（写真）では、開花まであと1週間という予想結果が出ました。当たるかな？
簡易検査キットが完成したら、今度はみんなの手で遺伝子のはたらき方を調べてサクラの開花予想を楽しみたいですね！
