活動報告19回 キサケツバタケの菌糸分離
研究室の後輩が大学敷地内でキサケツバタケが生えているのを見つけてきてくれたので、子実体から菌糸の分離を試みました。写真の通り上手くいったようです。
キノコの子実体から菌糸を分離するには子実体の内部の無菌状態の組織をナイフで切り出して培地に乗せる、胞子を培地の上に捲くなどの方法があります。私は前者の方
